baaji Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "baaji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to baaji.club and its operating entity, including all affiliated platforms, sub-domains, and services accessible under the baaji brand.
• "Platform" means the baaji website, mobile-optimised interface, game lobby, sportsbook, live casino, account management tools, and any other service made available under baaji.club.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the baaji Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the baaji Platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and preferences.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer session, or any other wagering product offered on the baaji Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the baaji Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matching funds granted to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to open a baaji Account and use any service on the Platform. baaji employs age verification checks during registration and reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Account holder at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately, and any funds held therein may be forfeited subject to applicable law and regulatory guidance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

Online gambling laws vary significantly across jurisdictions. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the baaji Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence before registering. baaji makes no representation that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available in all locations. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.

2.3 Residency and Excluded Territories

baaji reserves the right to decline registration or suspend services to individuals in jurisdictions it designates as excluded territories from time to time. This list may be updated without notice, and continued use of the Platform implies your confirmation that you are not located in such a territory.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a baaji Account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You undertake to keep this information up to date and to notify baaji promptly of any changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active baaji Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. baaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation where duplicate accounts are identified.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baaji login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified baaji of suspected unauthorised access without undue delay. baaji will never contact you to request your password.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

baaji applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address at any stage of your account lifecycle, including registration, before first withdrawal, or during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

baaji accepts deposits via a range of Pakistan-local and international payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed within the Account deposit section. These limits may be updated by baaji without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

The baaji Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its primary currency. Funds deposited via supported payment methods are credited to your Account in PKR. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by baaji's payment processing partners at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, subject to applicable KYC and compliance checks. baaji reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Account withdrawal section. baaji targets to process approved withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee specific processing timelines beyond its control.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. baaji may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to the remaining balance. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Reactivation of a dormant account requires successful login and identity re-verification where applicable.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

baaji reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where baaji suspects abuse, manipulation, or where internal risk management thresholds are reached. Acceptance of a Bet does not constitute a guarantee of payout pending outcome settlement.

5.2 Settlement and Errors

All Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event or game outcome as determined by baaji's data providers and, in the case of live dealer games, the on-screen outcome recorded by the platform's certified systems. In the event of a manifest error in odds, results, or payouts, baaji reserves the right to void Bets and correct balances. Obvious errors are not binding on baaji.

5.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play cricket markets, UFC odds, and other live sportsbook events are offered subject to data feed availability. baaji may suspend or remove in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined (commonly known as "late bets") will be voided.

5.4 Casino Game Integrity

All casino games in the baaji library use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game provider and represent theoretical long-run averages — they do not guarantee individual session returns. Short-term gaming outcomes vary substantially from published RTP values.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available through baaji are subject to specific terms set out in the individual promotion. General conditions applicable to all promotional offers include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• baaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, household, device, or shared IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within any specified validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings lapse on expiry.
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of offer structures, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baaji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including age misrepresentation.
• Operating multiple accounts individually or in coordination with third parties.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with baaji in a manner not intended for regular player use.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, latency advantages, or software vulnerabilities in any baaji service.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion in live gaming environments.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract baaji's proprietary data, odds, or content.

8. Responsible Gaming

baaji is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. As a condition of Account registration, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income.
• You accept full financial responsibility for all Bets placed on your Account.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your baaji Account settings, including deposit limits, session time caps, reality checks, and self-exclusion, if you believe gambling is negatively affecting you.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by baaji. During a self-exclusion period, you agree not to attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.
• baaji reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to accounts displaying patterns indicative of problem gambling, at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the baaji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and trademarks, is the property of baaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any baaji content without prior written authorisation from baaji.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• baaji provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• baaji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• baaji's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• baaji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform.
• Losses incurred through gambling are expressly excluded from any liability claimed against baaji.

11. Privacy

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the baaji Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering with baaji, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at baaji.club/privacy-policy.

12. Amendments

baaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the baaji Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baaji holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through baaji's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract under applicable local law.
